Production Process

Our manufacturing process for custom trophies, medals, and commemorative coins follows a structured workflow that ensures dimensional accuracy, surface integrity, and consistency across each production batch. The entire cycle, from artwork approval to final packaging, typically spans 7 to 10 working days depending on design complexity and order quantity. Below is a step‑by‑step breakdown

Step 1 – Design Approval
The client submits vector artwork or clear hand‑drawn sketches. Our design team produces 2D technical drawings and 3D renderings based on specified dimensions, thickness, material, and color. Revisions are made until both parties sign off for final approval.

Step 2 – Die Engraving
Experienced toolmakers use CNC machines or hand‑engraving techniques to carve male and female dies onto high‑hardness steel (e.g., P20, S136). Intricate patterns such as portraits, micro‑text, and multi‑layer logos require higher precision and slower machining speeds. This stage typically takes 5–7 working days.

Step 3 – Test Striking & Adjustment
Soft metal samples (lead or aluminum) are struck to verify detail clarity and edge sharpness. If any area appears blurred or underfilled, the dies are fine‑tuned and re‑tested until perfect. Qualified dies are preserved for future reorders.

Step 4 – Production & Quality Control
After test approval, full production proceeds with the chosen base metal and finish. Each piece is inspected for dimensional accuracy, plating adhesion, and surface integrity.
